Debbie and Tom Lawrence take great pleasure in welcoming you to their family home, Withy Mills Farm. This delightful working farm has three stunning cottages, nestling in the rolling countryside of the Cam Valley, with superb views of the Mendip Hills.

Withy Mills farm is a working dairy farm dating back from the 18th century, and is well placed between Bath and Bristol, affording guests a remarkable range of diversions for their stay in this stunning landscape.

All three self-catering cottages, Wharfingers, Whippletree, and The Engine House, benefit from beautiful local craftsmanship in the stone and timberwork of the buildings.

Each of the three cottages are absolutely stunning, and have been lovingly restored by Debbie and Tom. They are beautifully decorated with individual touches, and have everything you would expect from four-star accommodation.

Wharfingers Cottage is absolutely charming. Once the milking parlour of the farm, it now exudes style and comfort with exposed beams, feature stonework, and a large luxury bathroom with a whirlpool bath for two.

The kitchen is perfect for preparing sumptuous meals, and the living room has a sofa bed for extra guests. The double bedroom has views of the Mendip Hills, and lovely crisp white cotton bed linen.

Whippletree Cottage, originally a barn store is now immaculately presented, with exposed beams, stunning stonework, and a delightful mezzanine level. On this floor you will find a spacious double bedroom area with far reaching views of the Mendip Hills.

Downstairs underneath the mezzanine, there is a second delightful twin bedroom next to the bathroom. The cottage has a fantastic open plan living room/kitchen.

The Engine House was once stabling, and has been transformed by Debbie and Tom's magic touch into an enchanting studio for two.
It has a mezzanine level bedroom with 6ft wide bed, and a lovely spiral staircase, exposed beams, and feature stonework. The split-level living room/kitchen has under floor heating and oodles of charm. The bathroom has a lovely whirlpool bath to relax in, after the adventures of the day.
All three cottages are perfectly appointed with fully fitted kitchens, featuring a hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Each has Wi-Fi, a TV with DVD player, under floor heating supplied by the geo-thermal heat pump, and a wood burning stove. A complimentary basket of logs is supplied with each cottage, and extra baskets are charged at a modest £5 each.

You will receive a complimentary hamper of goodies including, tea, coffee, butter, milk, scones, sugar and jam. All the items in the hamper are either homemade, local produce, or Fairtrade items.

Seasonal organic vegetables from the farms very own vegetable garden are also available. The Piggery is a laundry room with washing, drying and ironing facilities for all three cottages to use, free of charge. There is a garden complete with furniture for each cottage; perfect for a relaxing evening.

All bedding is 100% cotton, and large fluffy towels are included in your stay free of charge, and there is ample secure parking. While Withy Mills Farm is a working dairy farm, rest assured that the tranquillity of your stay will not be disturbed by noise. All the cottages are naturally non-smoking, and regrettably dogs are unable to stay.
