Offering three self-catering Bath Holiday Cottages which manage the challenging task of retaining every modern convenience while sacrificing no rural charm, guests can enjoy the unrivalled splendour of Somerset's countryside while having the convenience of nearby Kelston town.
Kelston provides a pleasant distraction, even if it's just to have a drink or two in the 'The Old Crown Inn', a traditional pub providing a choice of nourishing meals and a range of fine local ales. Of course, Bath itself is very close and is a place of great beauty and significance, the perfect town for a day out.
While the locale is ideal for those hoping to soak in the rural atmosphere or to enjoy the numerous walks for which the area is known, the accommodations are really the prize.
Each of the three cottages, the Hare, the Owl and the Badger is a converted barn retaining an authentic charm, carefully worked into the conversion. Each sleeps two and offers a luxurious verandah or patio to soak in the gentle country air. Complementing the spirit of each barn are the additions of wood burning stoves and wrought iron beds.
In addition, each has an array of luxuries and conveniences such as a bathroom with a whirlpool bath, fully fitted kitchen and dinner area, central heating, colour television and comfortable seating. Depending on your preference or needs, each has its own view and feel.
Prices are charged at a weekly rate and change according to season, beginning at £230 for Owl Cottage in low season and going up to £310 for Hare Cottage during the peak months of summer.
