1 Cedar Villas
All the delights of Bath are within an easy walking distance from the very comfortable surroundings of Cedar Villas. This charming Georgian villa is newly renovated and very well presented as self-catering accommodation in the city centre.
Featuring a mature walled garden with a substantial magnolia tree, a patio and garden furniture, you can relax with a glass of wine and a good book in the sun, or explore the historic city itself. The villa has beautiful Georgian proportions, and is built from the vernacular local sandstone, which gives the city its wonderful golden glow.
There are three large guest bedrooms at Cedar Villas; a charming double, and two twin bedrooms. Each one is bright and spacious, with views out over the garden. The double and one of the twin bed rooms each have a washbasin, and the family bathroom has a bath wash basin and a separate shower cubicle. There is a separate toilet.
Downstairs, there is a large and well equipped sitting room, which includes a digital TV, DVD and VCR player, books and plenty of comfy leather armchairs and sofa, as well as mahogany occasional tables and lamps. The formal dining room has Stagg Minstral mahogany furniture and a Sony TV and Virgin broadband Internet access.
In the well-equipped solid wood fitted kitchen you will find everything you need to make a quick snack or a three course dinner, including; a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, and a radio. In the utility room you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and another fridge freezer. There is also a cloakroom with toilet and basin, and a conservatory, with a rocking chair which is a delightful place to sit and relax at the end of the day.
Naturally all your bed linen and towels are included in your stay, and a single garage is available for a guest's car. Zone 5 parking permits can be provided for extra cars and cost £2 per day, and there is free on road car parking half a mile away.
